18+ Age Requirement

cbajo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. All registrations are subject to age verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one cbajo account. Duplicate accounts detected via mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances voided without recourse.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cbajo (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the cbajo platform at cbajo.app, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cbajo platform and must not attempt to register an account. Accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of the version of these Terms in force at the time of access, including any amendments posted since your last visit.

These Terms apply to all areas of the cbajo platform — including but not limited to the live casino lobby, sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, handball, and all other covered sports), slot games, crash games, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions, and any future features added to the platform. These Terms supersede any previous agreements, representations, or understandings between you and cbajo relating to your use of the platform.

cbajo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of cbajo following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — cbajo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Important Notice

Use of cbajo in any capacity — including browsing the platform without an account — is subject to these Terms. Registration and play confirm your unconditional acceptance.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of January 2026. The most current version is always the version published at cbajo.app/terms-conditions at the time of your visit.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To open and maintain a cbajo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

You must be at least 18 years of age. cbajo operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities as recognised by cbajo's operating standards.
You must be the registered holder of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) used to fund your cbajo account.
You must not be a current or former employee of cbajo, nor a family member or household member of any cbajo employee, where such connection would create a conflict of interest.
You must not be accessing the platform via an automated system, bot, script, or any non-human technical agent.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
You must not have previously had a cbajo account closed by the platform for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

cbajo employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, cbajo reserves the right to suspend account access and request documentary evidence of date of birth before reinstating full platform access. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

In the event that a player who is found to be under 18 years of age has deposited funds into a cbajo account, those funds will not be returned. cbajo will report the matter to relevant authorities where required by its operating obligations. 18+ compliance is a non-negotiable condition of platform access.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may register exactly one cbajo account. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifecycle of your account and must notify cbajo of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. Any balance held in an account found to have been registered using false information is subject to forfeiture without right of appeal.

KYC Verification

cbajo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is mandatory before the processing of your first withdrawal and may be required at any subsequent point at cbajo's discretion — including during account reviews triggered by unusual activity patterns or large transaction volumes. The KYC process requires the submission of one or more of the following:

A copy of your National ID Card (NID) showing your name and date of birth clearly.
A copy of your passport (biographical data page).
A screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) showing your name and mobile number, confirming it matches the account details held by cbajo.
Additional address verification or source of funds documentation where requested by cbajo's compliance team.

cbajo's support team will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during normal operating periods. Players are advised to submit KYC documents promptly after registration to avoid delays when making their first withdrawal request. cbajo is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cbajo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cbajo support immediately. cbajo reserves the right to lock an account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

Registration Requirements

Full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account are required to complete registration and access the full cbajo platform.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

cbajo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbajo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges which are outside cbajo's control.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment account held by another individual is used to fund your cbajo account — are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit cap, though cbajo reserves the right to apply account-level limits at its discretion.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cbajo account within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times.
cbajo is not responsible for deposit delays caused by technical issues on the side of the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for deposits on the account. cbajo does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and any applicable daily limits are set at the account level and communicated via the cashier interface.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes in normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's processing timeline, which may take one to three business days.
cbajo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, an ongoing account review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.
Any bonus funds or free spin winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

cbajo offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and enhanced cricket odds promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all cbajo promotions unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification. cbajo reserves the right to withhold any promotional offer from accounts under review or accounts that have previously abused promotional terms.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date are specified on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your cbajo account. Real money funds are wagered first unless the cashier interface specifies otherwise. Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are satisfied, at which point they convert to withdrawable real money balance.

Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time registrants and may only be claimed once per person, household, device, and mobile number. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

cbajo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, cbajo will honour any bonus funds already credited up to the date of cancellation, subject to the original wagering requirements.

Certain games may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate (for example, live casino games may contribute at 10% while slots contribute at 100%). Game-specific contribution rates are detailed on the promotion page. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count toward rollover completion.

cbajo's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final. Where a player disputes a bonus outcome, they must contact support at [email protected] within 7 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the cbajo platform — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; slots and crash games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; and all sports betting markets — are governed both by these Terms and by the individual game rules published within each game interface or market description.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game round or live betting event, cbajo's platform logs are the definitive record of the game state at the time of the interruption. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical fault, cbajo will void the round and return the stake to the player's account. Where a disconnection is caused by the player's own device or internet connection, cbajo is not obligated to refund stakes on rounds that were placed and accepted by the platform before the disconnection occurred.

The following activities constitute a breach of fair use policy and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent termination of the account:

Using betting software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mathematics to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies across cbajo sports markets to guarantee profit regardless of event outcomes.
Colluding with other players in live poker, live blackjack, or any other multiplayer environment to influence game outcomes.
Placing bets on behalf of another individual using your own registered cbajo account.
Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any criminal enterprise.

For sports betting markets, cbajo reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled to have not taken place under normal sporting conditions. Specific rules for cricket markets — including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis revisions, and match abandonment — are detailed within the cricket section of the cbajo sportsbook.

Zero Tolerance Activities

Automated betting tools, bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, and illegal deposits are all grounds for immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.

Certified Game Providers

All RNG games on cbajo are sourced from independently certified providers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by cbajo or by players.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

cbajo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure; this list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, fair use violations, and payment method misuse.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by cbajo's compliance team.

Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, including fraudulent chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.

Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at cbajo support staff or other platform users.

A player's own request for self-exclusion, submitted via cbajo's responsible gaming tools or via a support request.

Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction pending investigation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details where it is safe and appropriate to do so. cbajo will aim to complete account investigations within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the player accordingly.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated self-exclusion, any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within five business days. No such refund is applicable where the account is closed due to fraudulent activity or terms violations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for reasons other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting cbajo support at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within two business days. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming Provisions

cbajo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting cbajo support:

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum cumulative loss amount within a set period. Once the limit is reached, the account is restricted from further play until the period resets.
Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when their active session reaches a specified duration, prompting a break assessment.
Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player is prevented from re-registering.
